Marketplace role

EventTentBooking provides discovery, enquiry, and booking coordination tools. We are not a party to the service contract between customers and vendors, except where required by law.

Vendors are independent businesses. Pricing, availability, and service quality are their responsibility.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, post false listings, scrape data, or harass other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payments

Customer payments for event services are made directly to vendors. See our Direct payment policy for details.
